About me
I’m Zara Haseen, a Bengali-American Texan who loves both crafts and technology. When I’m not knitting or crocheting, I’m thinking about how people move through digital spaces. I’ve spent several years as a floral designer at Trophy Blooms, a family-owned boutique, and also worked in Apple retail, where I saw firsthand how thoughtful design shapes customer experience.
I’m currently pursuing my B.S. in Business Computer Information Systems at the University of North Texas, graduating in Winter 2027, and I’m an active member of the Association for Information Systems. My BCIS degree helps me connect how technology works with what businesses need, and my creative background is what led me to UX design. I’m currently looking for Summer 2027 UX internships where I can keep learning, grow my skills, and design useful experiences for real people.
